I had a problem with the mounting of my telescopic sight and brought it to your shop to see if you could help. The person who I spoke to, I think it was Adam, Was extremely helpful and said that a gentleman called Ian would be able to help me.
Ian did help and nothing was too much trouble even though the sight was not purchased from you. I was more than impressed and cant thank you enough.
I also bought a gas bottle from you and your staff took the time to explain to me and show me how it worked rather than - here you go and goodbye.
Once again, many thanks and could you pass my gratitude onto your winderful staff.

This is not a question but an appraisal of the 1st class service you provided. I recently purchased a Daystate Huntsman Regal .22 R/H with yourselves and unfortunately it developed a couple of serious issues when only a day old.
I returned this to yourselves and exchanged for a HW 100kt in .22 which I was told would be with me in a couple of days and you would also set it up for me on your range.
In essence i cannot recommend your management and staff highly enough for the complete professionalism and help towards your customers, its 1st class and second to none.
